Become a Real Estate Broker in this course that meets the educational requirement for the North Carolina real estate broker license and prepares you to pass the real estate broker examination administered by N.C. Real Estate Commission. You will learn the basic principles and practices, law and contracts, financing, closing, valuation, fair housing, property management, taxation, and math. You will also learn about land use, insurance, real estate license laws, rules, and regulations. The Commission requires that you attend a minimum of 80% of all scheduled course hours to be eligible to take the final course exam. Please visit the College Bookstore to purchase the required Modern Real Estate Practice in North Carolina before the course begins.
