North Carolina 15A .2600 Rules Governing Food Protection and Sanitation of Food Establishments states that food service establishments must have a certified manager present at all times of operation. Food establishments will receive a deduction of two points on food safety inspection scores if this requirement is not met. The student will be responsible for reading and performing all book related activities prior to attending the course.
